Looking happy while feeling blue.

Colourful houses now line the River Tyne in South Shields where shipyards and dry docks used to reside. The land has been reclaimed, recycled, and reused. This is a detail from a property in the Market Dock area overlooking the river.

In many port cities in Sweden they have done exactly the same. (Not just ports by the way, in our youngest son's university town, they have renovated old industrial buildings into a university!) Nice captured, as always.

There's sometimes an obvious anthropomorphic interest in buidlings you see, this one (to my opinion) gets it. It's graphic as well and has great colors.

I wouldn't call it a pretty house. But from a photographer's point of view there's plenty of structures and colors put together into a very interesting picture. No PP at all?
