High speed rapid transit systemPosted by Curly (South Shields, United Kingdom) on 21 April 2010 in Transportation and Portfolio. These images are part of a collection submitted for an exhibition to be held in The Customs House in South Shields in September. They were all taken in the South Marine Park during an event entitled "48 Hours", which encouraged South Shields people to enjoy the recently refurbished park on the sea front. This is the best way to get a quick look around the park - honestly. Use control and your mouse scroll wheel to zoom the picture/page, then control and 0 to reset to normal size. Even though I may not be able to visit or respond daily, I always welcome your comments or critiques. Read my views in Curly's Corner Shop, to find out a little more about my home town South Shields. @grouser: Exploding I think, I've just noticed the small whisps of steam coming from its chimney! |
