A prophetic statement relating to the second Gulf War against Iraq, this was part of an exhibition staged at Gateshead's Baltic Arts Centre using information and documents gleaned from the USA to create large scale "pieces" both inside and outside of the gallery. It was pretty thought provoking (well really, who would advertise their battle plans in advance?)
This shot was taken from Newcastle-upon-Tyne's quayside.
