Little planet Friday

Posted by Curly (South Shields, United Kingdom) on 27 April 2012 in Miscellaneous and Portfolio.

Westoe Village in South Shields is a little hidden gem. It contains some of the largest properties in the area and in the past housed the great and good who fashioned the history of South Shields. Our first MP, former mayors and councillors, shipyard owners, industrialists, doctors and scholars, historians, cricketers, prime ministers - they all lived here.

It makes a pretty well forested "little planet"
