The Whitby series #2

Posted by
Curly (South Shields, United Kingdom) on 25 July 2010 in People & Portrait and Portfolio.

They were having a 1940s weekend in Whitby when we visited, about 50% of the people we saw were in period costume. We knew nothing about it in advance so it was all a bit of a pleasant surprise, made for some very opportunistic grab shots too.

It certainly made a good change to get out of South Shields for the day.

Sorry I haven't been around your blogs much lately, work is to blame for that, as well as much going on in the house. I do appreciate all of your comments and will endeavour to get around your sites just as soon as possible.
