Event: Mouth of the Tyne Festival
Where: Sea Road, South Shields
When: 10th. July 2011
The Rattler pub on the left is a nice unusual place to visit, it's restaurant consists of two converted railway carriages mounted on track. There used to be an old mineral line nearby which carried coal from Marsden (Whitburn) Colliery to Westoe Colliery South Shields. The line and its trains were known as the Marsden Rattler.
