Youtube video of "Ambitions", I was located just behind the videographer to give you an idea of how difficult it was to fire off some shots.

Roman from Thiersee, Austria

well, you caught him with a nice pose.
it's allways difficult to capture the action behind a crowded audiance, but did a great job.

15 Sep 2011 6:29am

CElliottUK from Reading, United Kingdom

Concert shots are never easy, but you've done a great job here

15 Sep 2011 6:41am

Great performance shot to catch his gesture - and I like the uncluttered stage background.

15 Sep 2011 10:31am

J.R. from Ginowan, Japan

If he's enjoying himself I bet his fans love it, good job

15 Sep 2011 11:58am

@J.R.: I can tell you it was jam packed in that park, probably the biggest crowd we've ever seen for a concert in South Shields - 25000!

Laurie from Prescott, United States

Excellent shot of this performer! The green line behind him gives a strange sense of proportion. You must have been very lucky to get such a good seat. We're going to see Willie Nelson tomorrow night - I can only hope to get such a good shot of him!

15 Sep 2011 12:22pm

@Laurie: Seat? No such luck Laurie. This was 25000 people squeezed into the park, all jumping around like crazy, no room for any seats! See the video to get an idea of how I struggled to fire off some shots. His music is not my cup of tea, but he knows how to draw a crowd in his home town.

Tomek from PoznaƄ, Poland

Nice pose of the singer. Good timing of this shot, Curly.

15 Sep 2011 12:33pm

You managed a super shot, especially under the circumstances (sorry I'm a day late). My style is more to yesterday's video than this one, but the younger set will love this ... and YES, in the U.S. of A! Where's David Foster when you need him? ;D
