Durham, another chapter.

Students and tourists combine to give Durham's streets a permanent busy atmosphere.
This is Sadler Street leading uphill towards the Market Place.

Lovely street scene..I always wonder at the word "tourist" because it has come to describe anyone visiting anywhere, and sometimes the connotation seems diminishing. I live in a place that many people visit too and they bring something of the world to our little town. You dignify the word and concept here.
