Tyne Dock as viewed during the "golden hour" from Readhead's Landing in South Shields a few nights ago.
Not the same as it used to be fifty years ago with plenty of shipping, but the Port of Tyne is still one of the largest employers around here with good export/import business and a healthy logistics division.
Took this about fifteen minutes after sunset and dialled in -1/3 EV using manual mode. The small speck in the sky above the cranes is an aeroplane leaving Newcastle International Airport.

@John hopper: One of my favourite river spots for pictures John, just hope that somehow we can keep public access to it. The last fight was long and hard enough, we don't want to give it up now!
