The last of the sun has disappeared over North Shields fish quay, this was the only bit of brief colour left before the sky returned to dark blues and greys. Shot from the Groyne pier in South Shields.
I'm now starting to get a better handle on the controls of this Fuji Finepix HS30EXR, especially the exposure compensation control, which I now use quite extensively. All of the adjustments for this sunset were made in Adobe Camera RAW.
Mrs. Curly has now completed the latest course of her treatment and is being nursed at home, she is doing quite well and is able to get about again. Necessarily I have to devote most of my time to her and the children, so for now reciprocal visits to your pages will be very limited, but I do appreciate reading your comments.
