Pug in a puddle

Posted by
Curly (South Shields, United Kingdom) on 28 July 2013 in Documentary & Street and Portfolio.

Pug is a nickname for a Peugot.

Another shot of traffic negotiating the flood waters outside of Kennedy's Bar at Tyne Dock, South Shields.

My apologies, I won't be around for comments or reciprocal visits today, I'm busy processing about 200 frames shot yesterday - this could take some time!

Ha, ha ... I'm chuckling at Chris' comment as our newest dog is skulking around due to overhead thunder.
Great shot of the 'Pug' ... never heard that nickname, but then we don't see many of them over here.

you have had some rain then - we eventually got a good soaking yesterday (Mon)

Ainsley from Derbyshire, United Kingdom

That's a crazy amount of rain. It's the problem with these large bursts in such a short space of time. I was driving home from Leeds Sunday night. I had to stop (along with everyone else) because the rain was that fast and hard the windscreen wipers refused to clear the deluge. I can easily see how this happens.

Can't keep the Pug away from the pub!
