Silly Tuesday (keep fit & lose weight edition)

Posted by
Curly (South Shields, United Kingdom) on 29 October 2013 in Documentary & Street and Portfolio.

Seriously, you need to be exercising both legs at the same rate, and doing enough to get the heart pumping, raising your body temperature, and causing a slight shortage of breath. Calories require a lot of work to shift them in a very short space of time. :-)

Caught this little silly scene in Newcastle upon Tyne's Grainger Market.

I know that it is true. Duifficut is, I am all the time so hungry. That is why my weight is 125 kilos and I am little over 150 cm long.

I must tell that not all what Jypyä Pop tells in his comment is true... :)
Would make me good to spend few moments in that weigh house - maybe it would make me remember not to eat too much... :)

As "over-weight" has become a general topic in the whole world, we must give it serious attention! Those who are still in the "rat race" MUST pay particular attention, as that might be a reason for getting fired! Hence...losing a job that so many are searching for in despair, at times!

No exercise or walk for me !!! I have my own theory..

The more you walk,
The more hungry you become.
The more hungry you become,
The more you start eating
The more you start eating,
The more fat you become !!!
So
Why walk ?

i'm intrigued by the fact that they need a whole house to weigh people in south shields ... ;-)))

29 Oct 2013 4:45pm

@franz: Thankfully this is up the road in Newcastle, and the Weigh House was originally put there to size up barrow loads of market produce and animal carcasses. There have always been a number of butchers in this market, including good game butchers.
