Hello friends, I'm back again with a handful of pictures to share, just a short picture story of a walk along the seafront and beaches of South Shields on a balmy summer evening. There was even a huge big surprise on its way!

This is a view of some people on Tynemouth Haven, seen from South Shields, but what were they watching out for?

The title is very engaging. Before I read the information I had thoughts of pagan festivals and smugglers racing through my head. Mmmm, I am guessing something beginning with w. We'll see. I love surprises!
