Silly Tuesday risk taking.

Now if they are not careful, centuries of history could be burned to the ground :-)

This is another silly shot from the hot air ballooning event on Palace Green in Durham. You might have got a wonderful aerial view of Durham Castle and cathedral if only they had managed to get the balloons off the ground. Unfortunately the winds got up and put a stop to all of the fun.

PENTAX K100D 1/250 second F/8.0 ISO 200 82 mm (35mm equiv.)

Use control and your mouse scroll wheel to zoom the picture/page, then control and 0 to reset to normal size.

I'm used to seeing strong blue flames from theses burners. This flame seems to have ignited above the burner.
