The sound of steam.

Posted by
Curly (South Shields, United Kingdom) on 23 August 2017 in Miscellaneous and Portfolio.

Ahh the smell of hot coals, mixed with oil and steam!
Yes, another day out away from South Shields, this time along the Tyne Valley to Corbridge for a steam traction rally, all you Fred Dibnahs are going to love this little series, so blow your whistles baby!

This is a steam powered vintage fairground organ, nice eh?
(Fred's weekend hobby was driving steam traction engines.)

Excellent look at this organ. I think Fred must have found it relaxing at weekends after climbing up and down chimneys. Bolton's favorite son, will never be forgotten.
