Wild Flowers

Posted by
Curly (South Shields, United Kingdom) on 28 September 2017 in Plant & Nature and Portfolio.

Please, I am about to launch into a series of pictures where I am quite ignorant about the subjects, i.e. flowers and birds! Please excuse me if I cannot identify or put a name to them, it is one of my weakest areas. The pictures were taken recently at Washington Wetlands Trust which is mainly a haven for birds, just outside of South Shields, they have some excellent walks with good "hides" dotted about the myriad of small lakes and streams there.

I like the light and pops of color. No worries from me, I know little about plant names.
